Beeston surveyors is headed by Director Sam Bacha, a Chartered Surveyor with many years’ post-qualification experience – an expert in home surveys and asset management work across Nottinghamshire.

Sam is an experienced professional with a diverse range of skills. He has worked in Beeston in the profession for many years and is competent to survey both residential and commercial property, as well as other building and property assets.

Sam has a particular interest in surveying listed and period properties, which require a different survey approach from those of a more modern construction.
